Lov Letter of a Mechie!!!!!!

My perpetual darling ,
From the day u entered in the control volume of my mind my heart has become a closed system and its entropy is increasing according to III'rd law of loveodynamics.......
The events and activities are so complex that i cannot find the optimum path after n nos. of iterations......
My heart is unable to sustain the cyclic load of ur frequent smiles and is near to endurance limit failure.....
I am quenched in ur thoughts and no heat treatment can save my heart from decrystalisation now........
Please do not test the bearing capacity of my heart valves and lower your yield strength.........
Please do not increase the compression ratio of my heart so much bcoz it is not designed to bear so much thermal stress.....
Please lower the octane no of ur temper as my little heart is not accustomed to so much undesired Knocking.......

I am sure that u also would be experiencing some residual stress, and will someday show a proportionate straining of ur heart according to hooks law .........and as a Mechie i firmly belive in this theory.....so i will wait ....... till my little heart crosess its ultimate tensile stress and fractures.

Your LoveStrain-Hardened lover

Reservations:Political Gimmick or need of the hour???

27%: the numeral haunting the newspapers all over the country..... with Mr. Arjun Singh givin a thumbs up to Mandel2 students all over the country hav gone haywire.......but all the ruckus for what?????? is the question Singh ji asks......Ironically our ancestors thought of reservations with a vision that one day we will be a country of EQUALS.....without the need of reservations.....but unfortunately our present leaders see it as a tool to mobilise the vote bank.

with a great part of India still untouched by the economic boom.....rich are gettin richer and poor poorer.........it is believed by the supporters of this ammendment that the discrimination would reduce in society....but how is that possible with its further bifurcation ....there are still villages where select few are allowed to take water from a well, people are under the clutches of money lenders and farmers are commitin suicides.... they dont even know how to write their names.....and we believe that givin them seats in IITs & IIMs would uplift their plight . Our villages need roads and electricity and obviously primary schools......work should start on grass root level.

At least this issue has woken our industrial giants who have committed to invest into education programmes under Confederation Of Indian Industries .......better late than never.....its high time to clean up the mess our politicians hav created.....watchin Rang de basanti and sayin its a great movie ....end of story.....no.......our country needs young blood......the younger lot like Rahul Gandhi are a useless bunch.....who are even scared to comment on any issue.....they hav had a great education (abroad and all) but hav disappointed us....strict actions need to be taken now.....

OK.....WE ARE STRESSED....

Great!! we are having Pscychology sessions with a team of stress-busters arriving in BIT Mesra.
And Guess what!! We were required to give attendance there...Kya baat hai!!!Stress ka sabse pehla karan bhi to yahi hai......attendance....
well students took this opportunity to tell the management about their problems. A 1st year student invited faculty members to have dinner at hostel 6.BRAVO BUDDY!! lekin koi fayda nahi....nobody is gonna listen...We have to struggle for the betterment of our college...even if that means going against the BIT management. The new dean is obviously not interested in "STUDENT WELFARE" ,so why bother him....
Its great to hear about people getting calls from IIMs like anurag, sudhakar and XLRI,NITIE,SPJain ,IIFT .....and also the GATE scores with 9th ,10th rankers.....way to go people!!!Well we hope to keep the good work going in our batch next year when our seniors leave....

oh god..why did u create exams???

And here comes the 6th mid-sem exams ...as horrible as ever....and what has got into our department?? given 5 papers till now and none where even average as u would say...tougher than ever.....aisi bhi kya dushmani hai bhai...starting with man-pro---poora bakar tha...opreation resarch me to couldn't get even one answer right....and of course there was DOME ....v had to "assume"almost everything....and me the great designer ..started with too low value of material constants...ending at negative efficiencies for boiler and shaft designs....so............so what.....boiler fat gaya aur shaft toot gaya.......what do they expect from us yaar??

and what is this"attendance shortage list"........look at it carefully and u feel like having a hearty laugh..........
number of classes 10 , attended 7 so 70% attendance which is short..yaar classes to hone do........
well we hope BIT Management ab to campus ko wi-fi enable karega.......its high time......

my MBA aspirations......

Like almost all graduates or to be graduates I have decided to get hold of an MBA degree ,of course for a jump in my career.for this i decide to join career launcher simply because it is the best among the available choices as suggested by my seniors. Well my classes have begun and i am enjoying them.....but some of my seniors have warned me that the interest is not sustained for long....and completely dies out as soon as one is placed in the campus..Well I am yet to see wants gonna happen to me!! My maths teacher Santosh deserves a noteworthy mention as he is very well talented as well as an alumni of my college itself......However I am a little dissapointed by the level of english taught there...but I have heard that their Personality Development Programme is very elaborate as well as helpful in campus placements....lets hope it helps me to grab a good job.Well the moto of my life as it is "JUMP FOR THE MOON ...AT LEAST U WILL BE AMONG THE STARS".....

me.....

I am a mech eng student at BIT Mesra ranchi. when I joined eng i was full of ideas of doing Mtech or Ms and going into technical field. But slowly when i stared seeing industry people a strange site met me(well it was strange to me) that engineers in my country are just for maintenance work and even sales where they work under people with non technical background with an mba degree. Then i got to know that only technology doesn't run an industry. one should know how to sell his product."Duniya me sab kuch bikta hai bas bechna ana chahiye".coz technical advancement takes place oonce or twice an year but the product has to be sold everyday to keep the company alive. for e.g. a bike company started using 2 spark plugs in an i.c. engine and called it twin spark ignition and is selling all its products with this technology...it sounds hi fi but is a very simple funda.that takes a lot of marketing strategy...and planning.in this large fish eat small fish world ...if u have to survive u have to show u r different even if u are not...

Talent.........

Today while dicussing somethings about my college i dicovered a new definition of talent that "talent is an art to transform the most unworthy material into the most useful thing " . It seems a very obvious defnition but how many of us really think we can do something like that or have done something like that. Being my first post i would like to say something about myself. I am the most ordinary person u can think off.A mech. eng student at BIT Mesra ranchi, i am a person with big dreams and no money. Each day me and my freinds think of a new way towards success. At the age of 20 i am still to find the true meaning of "success".

Is it to come first in the class, or to win in the drama contest in school, or to get 95%
in boards or something else.while I look in my past I see one thing in common in all these that people around me are happier than i am be it my parents ,myfriends, my relatives...Is success making others happy? or is success being happy oneself. most of our decisions are influenced by our surroundings. We can call it guidance ...inspiration...or whatever.A person never gets a chance to excercise his own decision so is he successful because he is CEO of a company but he wantd to be a sitar player.....
